…I feel a stronger connection to thai chi and qigong than to yoga. I like their philosophy, their calming and healing effects feel miraculous, and I find the names of the exercises, postures both inspiring and amusing. One cannot be sad in the Bathing Duck/ Golden Rooster Stands on one Leg postures nor doing The Green Dragon Splits the River exercise… and many other funny movements. Have you tried? Infinite Love.
