Other good brand is Piping Rock, they are from UK. It’s cheaper but for many herbal extracts they don’t mention the percentage of the standardised compound. For example, if you take Ashwaganda, and the label says 400mg/ capsule along 25% standardised compound…this means 25% is guaranteed to be withanolides – the active compounds responsible for Ashwagandha’s effects on cortisol, stress, and hormonal balance…
