Yesterday I complained at the reception about the carpet in my room…it was extremely dirty…and I didn’t bring slipplers assuming – big mistake – that there are slippers in the room and bath robe as usually 4 starts hotels with pool and gym offer…today they cleaned the carpet…one improvement action has been implemented…it was worth travelling 15 hrs…single leg raised…
