OOOh, my Love…to continue the series of complaints…this new boss…is a difficult species…He is jovial and engaging in one moment, then loses his temper over something seemingly minor – often a question or observation I raise (well…infinite laughs) What makes it confusing is that he then acts on my input, which tells me the message is landing, but the reaction itself is hostile. He apologized though, explainig himself…saying that he is impatient…don’t know if he will not fire me till the end of the 6 months probation period…although he keeps saying that he is happy that I am part of the team…
