C vitamin: you can increase to 3000 mg/ day – combine 2000mg regular C vitamin + 300 or 600mg liposomal vitamin C for enhanced absorbtion. It has not only a strong antioxidant effect but it’s an immuno-modulator – it smoothes the activity of the immune system: it’s calming it down when it overreacts and boosts it when it’s underperforming…. I take 3000 mg/ day since 2020, in the flu season I increase to 4000/ day, when I am ill I take 10000 mg/ day – 2000/ 2hrs, or 1000 mg hourly. It also has a significant anti-wrinkle effect. I don’t imply anything – don’t shoot. 2. Claude marks the zinc and the selenium as of medium importance…wrong…both are essential for immune efficiency. 3. The hormone support was Claude’s idea…don’t shoot, again…I don’t imply anything….4.
