My whole day was tormented, my Love… when I arrived in Munich, it was 22C… I checked the weather in Erlangen: 20-21C every day until Friday, 10C in the mornings… so at the airport I ran to buy a cardigan… ’cause I don’t have enough cardigans at home in the Bermuda decagon… then I ran to the bus – 20 terminals, no big destination boards, only small departure-arrival tables… and no info point. I ran from one terminal to the other reading the small tables until a Lufthansa bus arrived near terminal 13; I ran over and asked which terminal was for Nuremberg. The driver pointed to the one just a few meters from the bus, saying “You go there,” and ran off to the nearby café. OOOh, I was sooo relieved… but I didn’t go there yet, since there were still 20 minutes until departure, and the only bench nearby was right in front of his bus. I put down my backpack and switched to standby… hence I didn’t notice when the driver came back; he approached me, interrupting my blue standby, saying “You stay there” – pointing again to terminal 13, where the bus to Nuremberg was supposed to stop. I realized he couldn’t handle a 4–5 word sentence in English, so I didn’t even try to explain the obvious… infinite smile…
“You go there, you stay there”
